A Very Successful Meeting!
On Thursday October 25th, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Coachella Valley had a very successful informational meeting. Guest Speakers from the Small Business Administration, Altura Credit Union and a web marketing and branding company were presenting the different topics,
Our public was diverse, from business owners and entrepreneurs to non profit organization directors. The information presented was on the following topics: “The importance of Business Networking and how the SBA supports small business’ owners,” “How to prepare a proposal to request a business loan, and how to apply for government contracts,” “Opening a Business Account and the difference between a Bank and a Credit Union institution,” and “How to use the web and social media to benefit my business.”
The information presented was priceless and of course, free to all our members. We will continue to bring these meetings and conferences, because we believe that the more we educate ourselves, the stronger our businesses will grow and they will leave a legacy that will last for generations to come.

Una Reunion Muy Exitosa!
El jueves 25 de octubre, la Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Valle de Coachella tuvo una reunion informativa bastante exitosa. Expositores de la Small Business Administration, Altura Credit Union y una compañía de servicios de mercadotecnia en web y branding estuvieron presentes con diferentes temas.
Nuestro público fue diverso, desde duenos de negocio y emprendedores, hasta directores de organizaciones no lucrativas. La información presentada fue en los siguientes temas: “La importancia de las redes de negocios y como la SBA apoya a dueños de pequeñas empresas,” “Como preparar una propuesta para solicitar un préstamo de negocios, y cómo aplicar para contratos gubernamentales,” “Como abrir una cuenta de negocios y la diferencia entre un Banco y una Union de Credito,” y “Como usar la web y redes sociales para beneficiar mi negocio.”
La información presentada no tiene precio y por supuesto, fue gratuita a todos nuestros miembros. Continuaremos presentando estas reuniones y conferencias porque creemos que mientras mas nos eduquemos, mas fuertes crecen nuestros negocios y dejarán un legado que perdurará por generaciones.
